Polymnia comprises of 2 superbly-decorated lodgings: an apartment and a studio. The studio is characterized by a paved entrance/terrace that leads into a spacious combined lounge/double bedroom with a fireplace, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and en suite bathroom. The apartment is distinguished by a small paved entrance that leads into a spacious living/sitting room with a fireplace, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and en suite WC with sink; a short staircase takes you to a large separate bedroom that has a full en suite bathroom (with bath) and balcony. The 2 lodgings are completely separate and do not communicate in any way. The interior decor is modern and very pleasing to the eye: soft pastels and rich textures make for a wonderful ambience that enjoys good light. No expense whatsoever has been spared in the endeavour to render them totally lush and comfortable: double-glazed windows, parquet flooring and wood fixtures, fine tiling in bathrooms, and contemporary furniture. The apartments are serviced every 3rd day, with change of sheets and towels. |

Polymnia is a family-owned establishment, managed by Athina and Ilias Katsikeas, a great musician who is appreciated by many locals for his lovely character (he has named the townhouse after the ancient Greek muse, Polymnia). Both lodgings are equipped with every available feature you could possibly imagine and need: independent air-conditioning, cooker/oven, large fridge, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, telephone and free WIFI Internet connection, and there is ample parking space right in front of the building, assuring the visitor of total comfort and convenience. Their atmosphere is luxurious and relaxing, and their close proximity – just metres from the Limanaki and from Kardamili main street – makes them very attractive and special. Activities on offer include hiking excursions to the Viros gorge and the Taygetos foothills. Short excursions at sea by boat, with swimming. Small concerts with guitar and song. Use of tennis court. Recommended for couples and small groups of 4-6 guests. A discount is, of course, applicable for long-term stays and for guests who wish to book both lodgings. Long-term leasing is also possible. We kindly advise guests to place their reservation well before high season. |
