Our establishment comprises of 12 lodgings: 2 suites (for 4-6 guests) and 10 studios (for 2-3 guests). Encircled by an enormous, beautiful garden whose perimeter is enclosed by thickets of olive groves, the guestrooms are set inside two main buildings intentionally designed as large villas. These benefit from the wonderful light and exceptional panoramas that surround the complex. Recently completed, all of the lodgings feature modern holiday amenities: combined or separate living rooms with furnished balconies/verandas that have countryside, garden and sea or partial sea views... fully-equipped, open-plan kitchens with dining tables... double-bedrooms with en suite shower bathrooms and hairdryer (suites have 2 bathrooms)... air-conditioning, LCD satellite TV, telephone, WIFI Internet facilities, safety deposit box, and iron with ironing board upon request. You will find the contemporary interiors extremely pleasant, relaxing and spacious. All rooms are serviced every day, with change of sheets and towels every other day. |

Melitsina Village caters to the discerning guest who enjoys a relaxing holiday environment. Our renowned Hai Hou café-bar serves full continental buffet breakfast, as well as refreshing appetizers and drinks, at all hours of the day. There is private parking at reception, where you will also find a wealth of information regarding activities that are available in the area. Our hotel is only 15 minutes' stroll on the paved seaside road to the town and just 5 minutes' walk to the pebble beach of Ritsa, Kardamili's main beach. Swimming and snorkelling right by the hotel is, of course, possible if one enjoys deeper waters. For those who like to break the routine of beachlife, there are many destinations to visit, both by car and by foot. A drive through the Taygetos mountain range and forest, or to the Diros Caverns, the town of Vathia, the city of Kalamata, or to the restored citadel of Mistra comes highly recommended. You can also take a short stroll to the restored old town of Kardamili to visit our small museum, hike through the scenic Viros Gorge (20 km to the source of the Viros river), or trek along one of the many hiking paths through the surrounding mountains to the smaller villages of Mani. The surrounding area, especially Kardamili, is rich in history and legend; folkloric and historic, Kardamili has in fact been the place of numerous fascinating events. It is these activities and outings that make Kardamili an ideal all-year-round destination. |
