Although our website deals principally with holiday properties that are located in Kardamili, we make a rare exception in this case to display information about Mani Village, 2 villas that are situated in Kardamili's sister village, Aghios Nikolaos, a beautiful fishing village located just 9 km south of Kardamili. Created by Michael Kelepouris, a well-known and extremely affable entrepreneur who has launched a select few and very successful enterprises in the area – including Lithos café-bar – Mani Village apartments enjoy the same high-quality interior designing for which Michael is renowned. When we say "created", we mean literally created, for Kelepouris is an artist through and through, with an exceptional flair for good construction and stylish interior design. Positioned in a quiet corner just behind the picturesque Aghios Nikolaos harbour promenade, on an elevated escarpment that enjoys breathtaking sea and mountains views, the Mani Village 2-storey complex offers 4 deluxe split-level apartments that each have their own names: Gnospi, Katafighi, Lefktro and Zarnata. Gnospi disposes of: a large living room with full kitchen, en suite shower-room, large veranda and garden; an upper-level spacious bedroom, with en suite shower-room and 2 balconies. Katafighi: a large living room with full kitchen, en suite full bathroom (with bath), separate bedroom, 2 large verandas and garden; an upper-level spacious bedroom with en suite full bathroom (with bath) and 1 large balcony. Lefktro: a large living room with full kitchen, en suite shower-room, large veranda and garden; an upper-level spacious bedroom with en suite shower-room and 2 balconies. Zarnata: a large living room with full kitchen, en suite full bathroom (with bath), separate bedroom, 2 large verandas and garden; an upper-level spacious bedroom with en suite full bathroom (with bath) and 1 large balcony. No expense whatsoever has been spared to render these lodgings completely first-class; they exude an atmosphere of pure leisure and luxury which is guaranteed to render your sojourn totally pleasurable. The apartments are serviced every other day (with change of sheets/towels) by trustworthy, unobtrusive staff. |

All 4 Mani Village apartments feature: independent air-conditioning/heating, fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen (with washing machine), satellite flat-screen TV, WIFI Internet, CD player, safe box and private parking. These residences are self-catering, but breakfast can also be enjoyed at the management's café-bar. Mani Village is located at only 0,5 km - 1 km from some of the best swimming spots in the area (Gnospi, Pantazi Beach, Malsova Beach and Katafighi), and there are numerous restaurants and tavernas around the corner, as well as a couple of mini markets where one can find locally-grown products. The harbour is also just a short stroll away, and in the early morning caiques bring in fresh fish which can be bought directly from the friendly local fishermen. With all the stupendous amenities that Mani Village has to offer, we have absolutely no qualms about advertising an accommodation that is outside the Kardamili area but well up to the superior standards that we have set for our on-line community. A highly-recommended lodging that has become a favourite amongst those who enjoy very beautiful and very comfortable holiday environments. |
